Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-23

This policy explains how your recurring membership is billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.

1. Recurring subscription

Membership is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. The current price and billing frequency are shown on our pricing page and at checkout before you pay.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the membership section of your account, which opens the payment provider's self-service portal, or by contacting Paddle at paddle.net.

3. What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. This matches how access works in the product today.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net or contact us and we will help.

You may request a refund within 30 days of your order date. Refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with applicable law and Paddle's policies.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically issue a refund. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the period already paid for.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. Contact

Questions about billing, cancellation or refunds: info@mywayinamerica.com, or Paddle at paddle.net.
